Item Details
This mid-20th century mahogany game table was produced by the Weiman Furniture Company of Rockford, Illinois. Designed in the Duncan Phyfe revival style, the piece features a rectangular swivel top that unfolds to double the surface area. The top is supported by a classic lyre-form pedestal base, accented by carved acanthus leaf motifs. The base terminates in four splayed legs capped with brass-toned metal paw feet. The primary surfaces exhibit figured mahogany veneers with a dark stained finish. The interior frame bears the authentic Weiman manufacturer’s hallmark and model number 5921.
