A pair of ‘Grand Tour’ style armchairs featuring a square-back silhouette and fluted legs. The defining feature is the inset side panels, which consist of giclée-printed canvas depicting Classical Roman frescoes (likely inspired by the House of the Vettii in Pompeii). The chairs are upholstered in a bronze-toned satin-finish fabric with decorative braided trim. The frame features a distressed gilt and ‘antique’ finish with acorn finials at the back corners.
