Pair of Regency Style Mahogany Two-Tier Side Tables, Mid-20th Century
Item Details
This pair of side tables is executed in the Regency Revival style, popular in mid-20th-century American interior design. Constructed from mahogany, each table features a two-tier configuration providing ample surface area. The primary tabletop is distinguished by a sophisticated scalloped gallery edge and architectural corner blocks. The units are supported by elegant ring-turned legs that simulate the appearance of bamboo, terminating in slender tapered feet with original metal floor glides. While the tables retain their original structural form and rich wood tones, the top surfaces exhibit signs of residential use, including surface abrasions and finish wear consistent with their age.
