The surrounding field is densely packed with stylized tribal elements and ‘S’ motifs, framed by a multi-banded border including a prominent orange guard band with repeating geometric flora. Hand-woven with a robust wool pile on a sturdy cotton foundation, the piece retains its structural integrity, further enhanced by protective leather stripping on the reverse.
