Ethan Allen Federal Style Mahogany Demilune Hall Table
Item Details
This Federal-style demilune console table was manufactured by Ethan Allen during the mid-to-late 20th century. Crafted from mahogany, the table features the classic Neoclassical half-moon silhouette supported by three elegant fluted legs that taper toward the floor. Each leg is anchored at the apron by a detailed brass floral rosette (patera). The piece carries the authentic stamped manufacturer’s mark on its underside. While structurally sound, the dark mahogany finish on the top surface shows evidence of regular use, including several prominent scratches and surface marks. This table serves as a sophisticated accent piece for entryways or living areas, exemplifying the traditional high-quality American revival furniture for which the brand is known.
