Arts & Crafts Style Coat Rack
Item Details
This late 20th-century coat rack is executed in the Arts & Crafts revival style, constructed of oak with a light honey-toned finish. The central square post features a fluted design and is crowned with a stepped pyramidal finial. It is equipped with eight scrolled wooden coat hooks distributed across two levels, secured with modern hardware. Decorative diamond-shaped onlays accent the upper portion of the post and the top of each of the four arched legs. The piece is engineered for stability with a four-point base containing an integrated metal weight on the underside. This functional entryway piece replicates the clean, geometric lines characteristic of the Mission movement for modern residential use.
