The tapered square column is surfaced with cream-toned marble and fossil stone veneers, accented by multi-tonal stone inlay borders. The upper architectural neck is adorned with dark emperador marble oval cabochons centered on each face, framed by micro-tessellated stone banding. The piece rests on a substantial tiered plinth base and is capped with a matching square platform. This pedestal exemplifies the high-quality craftsmanship and eclectic neoclassical aesthetic produced by Maitland-Smith’s Philippine workshops in the late 1990s.
