A classic Early American style slant front desk from the Ethan Allen by Baumritter Custom Room Plan collection. Handcrafted in Beecher Falls, Vermont, from solid birch and maple, the desk features a traditional hinged writing surface that opens to reveal a tiered interior organizer with central pigeonholes and two miniature document drawers. The lower case provides ample storage with a four-drawer configuration, each adorned with authentic antiqued brass batwing pulls. The architectural silhouette is finished with a decoratively scalloped apron and integral bracket feet. A burned-in manufacturer’s hallmark inside the drawer provides forensic verification of its Vermont origin and 1960s production era.
