We are committed to keeping EBTH a safe place to shop and will assist in a criminal investigation and provide evidence to law enforcement as appropriate and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each seller warrants that none of the items it lists for sale are stolen. Listing stolen merchandise is prohibited as it violates law and EBTH’s own policies and Auction Agreement. If you have good reason to suspect that stolen merchandise is being sold on EBTH, please contact your local law enforcement to report the suspected crime. Once a case has been filed, please have law enforcement contact EBTH directly by emailing [email protected].

We will work directly with law enforcement to assist with the investigation. EBTH is not responsible or liable to take any actions beyond what is outlined in this Stolen Goods Policy and required by law enforcement relating to the alleged stolen goods. However, EBTH reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates this policy, as determined by EBTH in its sole and absolute discretion. EBTH reserves the right to suspend a sale/auction, de-list an item, or take any other action available to it under law in investigating or cooperating with law enforcement relating to an alleged stolen good.
