Terms & Conditions for EBTH’s Thank-You Promotion (Aug 2017)

Definitions

1. “Eligible Users” are defined as EBTH users meeting all of the following criteria:
1. Account is registered with an address located in the United States.
2. Received the email sent by EBTH on August 23, 2017 with the subject line, “Coming Soon-Win on EBTH and get a $25 shopping credit”.
2. “Purchase Period” is defined as the period beginning at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 23, 2017 and ending at 11:59 PM EDT on August 31, 2017.
3. “Eligible Items” are defined as items for auction on EBTH.com that meet all of the following criteria:
1. Have an original auction end date and time during the Purchase Period, and
1. Note that items with original auction end dates during the Purchase Period whose actual winning bids are placed after the Purchase Period due to the automated extension of the auction resulting from bids placed within five minutes of the end of the auction shall be considered Eligible Items.
2. Where the winning bid on the item is equal to or greater than $100.00.
1. Excludes shipping, handling, taxes, and other related fees not includable in a winning bid total.
3. For which payment is made at or before 11:59 PM EDT on September 4, 2017.
4. “Eligible Winner” is defined as an Eligible User who wins an Eligible Item.
5. “Thank-You Coupon” or “Coupon” is defined as a unique coupon code that meets all of the following criteria:
1. Delivered via email to Eligible Winners no later than 11:59 PM EDT on September 10, 2017.
2. May be redeemed during an EBTH checkout completed no later than 11:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2017 (“Coupon Redemption Period”).
3. Provides for a discount of up to $25.00 off of a single item purchased on EBTH.com during the Coupon Redemption Period.
1. Applicable only to purchase of a single item.
2. Not transferrable to multiple purchases or items.
3. Limited to the greater of $25.00 or the winning bid of the purchase to which the Coupon is applied.
4. Winning bid excludes shipping, handling, taxes, and other related fees not includable in a winning bid total.

Terms

Subject to the definitions above, Eligible Winners shall be issued a Thank-You Coupon valued at up to $25.00.

Each Eligible Winner may be awarded a maximum of one (1) Coupon, even if the number of Eligible Items purchased by the Eligible Winners is two (2) or more.

Coupon is subject to the laws of the United States, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, has no face value, and cannot be combined with any other Coupon. EBTH may cancel, amend, or revoke the Coupon at any time. Use of automated devices or programs for Coupon redemption prohibited. Site users may not register multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving multiple discounts or multiple coupons.

How to redeem your Coupon

1. Win an Eligible Item during the Purchase Period.
2. Make payment for the winning bid on the Eligible Item at or before 11:59 PM EDT on September 4, 2017.
3. You will receive an email from EBTH containing your Coupon code no later than 11:59 PM EDT on September 10, 2017.
4. Bid on and win an EBTH item during the Coupon Redemption Period.
5. When checking out, enter the Coupon code in the redemption code field.
