A pair of modified Mattel Barbie and Ken dolls in handmade costumes. This selection includes a Ken doll with painted brown hair over a molded crown, a pair of floral wire glasses, and added chest hair peeking from the collar of his shirt. His ensemble includes a white shirt, a black velveteen suit jacket, and black capri length velveteen pants embellished with metallic stripes. A white sash across his torso reads ‘Larry’ in gold glitter glue. He is accompanied by a Barbie doll with rooted yellow hair, painted blue eyes, and red lips. She wears an oversized floral pattern romper which has been expanded with polyester fill and a red sash marked ‘Susan’ in gold glitter glue. Each doll bears an embossed maker’s mark to the backside and is supported by a white metal doll stand.
