Two Antique Oak Bentwood Bistro Chairs
Item Details
A beautiful matching pair of antique oak bistro chairs made by Fischel of Czechoslovakia, circa early 1900s. The bentwood chairs have a golden oak finish. One of the chairs has two labels under the seat of ‘Fischel’ and ‘Imported by Astra Bentwood Furniture Co., Inc., 352 W. 13 Str., New York’; the other chair has a partial label. Circular metal hardware under legs.
Condition
Overall good condition consistent with age and use. Seats have some small cracking due to drying of wood.
