An oil and board painting by the American artist Alan Carter (1920 – 2009). This artwork depicts a city street scene of store fronts including an apparently defunct warehouse with brick upper floors. The piece is presented in a wood frame with white double matting under glass, and has a metal hanging wire to the verso for easy mounting. This painting is signed and dated to the lower left corner by the artist.
