A hand-knotted Turkish area rug from Blue Ocean Traders. This wool pile rug is rendered in an overdyed palette of deep red and blue, with accents of exposed white foundation knots. The intentionally distressed field feature an allover lattice of floral and foliate motifs. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and wool warp fringe. A label to the reverse reads ‘Made in Turkey’.
