A signed limited edition thirty-six volume, near complete set of The Works of Thomas Hardy. Near-complete with 36 of 37 volumes present (missing Vol. XIV, Life’s Little Ironies_). A limited edition of 500 copies, the ‘Mellstock Edition’, signed to the first volume (_Tess of the d’Urbervilles Vol. I). Each volume is bound in a blue cloth hardcover with gilt designs to the front board and spine, and deckle page edges.
