An Impressionist oil painting on canvas mounted to panel by well-listed American painter Louise M. Kamp (New York, 1867 – 1959). The painting depicts a small mountain town painted in short, textured strokes. It is signed to the lower left and presented in a wooden plein-air frame with gold tone finish.
Kamp studied at the Albright Art Galleries Museum School and the Woodstock Art Association. Her work was exhibited at the Buffalo Society of Artists, the Salons of America, and the Society of Independent Artists.

- light accretion to painting’s surface, particularly to upper edge. Board is slightly loose within frame.
