A couple of signed Willard Gayheart one-color print limited prints of Blue Grass legend Bill Monroe. Bill’s son James signed the prints to ‘Jim Host’; the artist Willard Gayheart signed each print in pencil and numbered each print, the print titled, It Was On A Moon-Light Night… is 1554/1750, the other is titled, I’m On My Way Back.. is numbered 1552/1750. One COA will be provided. These signed limited edition prints originate from the Jim and Pat Host collection. Bill’s band was known as the Blue Grass Boys, named for Monroe’s home state of Kentucky. Nicknamed the ‘Father of Blue Grass Music,’ Bill’s performing career spanned 69 years as a singer, instrumentalist, composer, and bandleader. He passed away in 1996.
