A fine hand-knotted Indo-Caucasian Kazak rug. This wool rug features a central cream colored medallion flanked by smaller navy blue medallions on each end all on a rectanglular red field. The medallions and field are decorated with stylized flowers. The field is framed by a compound geometric border with hand overcast selvedges and white cotton fringes. The rug is unmarked.
