- overall with various scratches, dents, marks, shrinkage cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable; the upper and lower sections are possibly associated; right terminal of cornice with a glue repair; top of lower section with a couple of small holes (not visible when upper section is on).

- measured assembled; upper section is 46.5" W x 50" H x 17.25" D; lower section is 48" W x 23" H x 16.25" D.
