A Whitman binder of Mercury silver dimes and a $20 Confederate States of America Note. The Whitman binder of Mercury dimes contains a total of fifty-five dimes ranging from 1916 to 1945. Lot also includes a $20 Confederate States of America obsolete banknote from 1864 that was issued in Richmond, VA. Note is hand-signed and has a serial number of 10281. Metal Content of Mercury dimes: 90% silver, 10% copper. Binder measures 6′ × 7 1/2’. All items are circulated and conditions range from poor to good.
