"Quæ Exstant" by Claudian with Notes by Nicolaas Heinsius, 1650

An antiquarian copy of Quæ Exstant by Roman poet Claudian (Claudius Claudianus, circa 370-circa 404). The works are rebound in a leather cover with raised bands and gilt lettering to the spine; and ornate gilt ornamentation throughout. This edition features notes by Dutch poet Nicolaas Heinsius the Elder (1620-1681).
