- good to fair condition
- the locomotive needs restoration and is missing a support piece holding the chassis
- the tender is destroyed, it does not appear repairable
- the four passenger cars appear to be in good, used condition
- track is worn with some corrosion
- transformer also has some corrosion and was not tested.
- there are tape repairs to boxes for passenger cars with one end detached
