A pair of Louis XV style upholstered armchairs in walnut. These chairs feature a carved crest rail pediment, padded back, seat and armrests with a removable, zippered and fitted seat cushion, each upholstered in a cream tone fabric with red tone design elements and border braiding details. The chairs have carved scalloped aprons and rise on carved cabriole legs with stylized whorl feet. These pieces retain the maker’s tag ‘Made in Italy’ to the underside.
