- to fair; overall with various scratches, dents, marks, chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable; scattered shrinkage cracks, including some to wooden screw; brass collar with some scuffs and missing screws, thus loose; some oxidation/rust to iron handle; scattered/former pest damage (worming) with associated marks; cornice and base molding each with a small chip/loss near a corner.
