- to fair; overall with various scratches, dents, marks, chips, shrinkage cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable; top of case with a small knothole; cornice with a few small patch repairs with another near the knob of the upper, left door; glass panes of upper doors have been replaced; door knobs and wooden latches are probably replacements; upper and lower, right doors with repairs to bottom, right corners resulting in light cracks; no key.
