A circa early 20th-century primitive hand-crafted blanket chest created in pine. Portraying a green worn finish, this stacked chest appears to be hand-crafted and dates to the early 1900s to 1920s. The metal hardware latches are absent but there are two metal hinges for the lid’s opening and closing actions. No interior components for storage, only a wide open area for securing precious treasures or mementos. No maker’s marks.
