A contemporary oil landscape painting on canvas by listed American artist Pam Folsom (Ohio; 20th/21st century). This vividly colored, energetic composition is signed by the artist to the lower right. The verso is inscribed with artist’s name, media and title of the piece. This painting is mounted in a contemporary wood frame with a gold tone painted finish.

Folsom studied at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning, the Cincinnati Art Academy, and Indiana University. She has exhibited extensively, including solo exhibitions at the B. Deemer Gallery (Louisville), Miller Gallery (Cincinnati), and the David Strawn Art Center (Jacksonville). In 2007, Folsom was commissioned by Woodford Reserve to the design the bottle of their limited-edition Kentucky Derby bourbon release.
