An acrylic painting on canvas titled Turkish Rondo by listed contemporary artist Richard Saba (20th/21st century), created in 1979. Rendered in an Abstract Expressionist manner, this work features a dynamic play of gradated color fields and gestural slashes of pigments. The work is signed, titled, dated, and inscribed to the verso. A descriptive label from Alexander F. Milliken, Inc, is also adhered to the verso. The composition remains unframed.

Richard Saba is an American artist known for his Abstract Expressionist painting, which contain his comments on social issues and the human condition. He studied at the University of Washington where he received his MFA after he completed his BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Saba has exhibited his work extensively throughout the United States over the last thirty years, and his work is currently housed in public and private collections, including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, IBM Corporation, and EF Hutton.

- shallow horizontal crease near top edge of painting; shallow dimple to upper center and upper left of painting, small spots of paint loss scattered throughout painting; faint scuffs scattered throughout.
