A twenty-four piece Victorian sterling silver dessert fork and knife set by silversmith Francis Higgins II of London, England. The knives are marked to their blades with 1845 letter ‘K’ date marks, and the forks are marked with 1862 letter ‘g’ date marks to their necks. The set is presented in antique wooden flatware chest with brass hardware and its original key by I.W. & F.K. Silversmiths & Platers.
