Oneida Community "Coronation" Silver Plate Flatware with Chest
Item Details
A sixty-two piece collection of silver plate flatware in the Coronation pattern by Oneida Community, first introduced in 1936. The collection includes twelve dinner forks, soup spoons, and dinner knives along with ten salad forks, eleven teaspoons, two tablespoons, one ladle, one serving fork, and one sugar spoon. These pieces feature tapered and fluted handles with pierced floral wreath motif terminals, which are marked ‘Community Plate’ to their undersides. The flatware is presented in a wooden silverware chest with red anti-tarnish fabric lining.
