A 2000s University of Dayton and Xavier University ‘Blackburn/McCafferty’ presentation trophy. Awarded annually to the victorious team, this rotating trophy between the two schools is composed of a wood base with a metal plaque that lists the date, score, and ‘MVP’, winner. Designed with a basketball presented in a protective acrylic case on its top. this rare piece of basketball hardware presents the team logo of the University of Dayton Flyers and Xavier University Musketeers. The local advertising sponsorship to this basketball classic series originated from ‘Franklin Savings’ which is listed on the trophy and ball.
