Tiche "Arcadia" Gilt Metal Mantel Clock with Porcelain Mythical Scene
Item Details
This Arcadia clock by Tiche was crafted in Italy of a gilt metal frame with decorated porcelain panels. A Capodimonte style porcelain sculpture entitled Per il Ninfeo Amalfi or For the Amalfi Nymphaeum, after a sculpture by Giorgio Galletti, sits perched atop the clock. The spring driven clock movement was made by Franz Hermle in Germany, and is marked with a ‘Q’, signifying production in 2004.
