A 1994 signed John Cook Studios jack-in-the-pulpit art glass table lamp. The artist, John Cook (American, d 2013), has created an Art Nouveau style table lamp featuring five bent arms with light purple blown glass shades in the form of jack-in-the-pulpit blooms. It is supported on a metal base with a patinated finish, having art glass beads at the base. The shades are signed ‘Cook ’94’.

- two of the shades have a crack.
