A signed, hand painted ceramic mask by listed artist Eugenio Pattarino (Italy, 1885 – 1971). Eugenio Pattarino is mostly known for his majolica sculptures of Roman Catholic influence, with his sculptures presented by the Vatican as gifts to foreign diplomats, including President John F. Kennedy. The mask features blue accents to the eyebrows and around the eyes and dark blue or dark green hair to the sides of the face. The piece is signed to the reverse, ready to hang by wire.
