Sterling Silver Commemorative Bird Plates for The National Audubon Society
Item Details
A vintage pair of sterling silver commemorative bird plates for the National Audubon Sociey issued by the Franklin Mint. The Goldfinch and The Cardinal plates feature an etching of works by James Fenwick Landsdowne. Produced in 1972 and 1973, each is encased in gold toned wooden frames with protective glass covers and are mounted on a brown satin background with a hanging wire to the verso.
