A 19th century bronze sculpture of a pheasant by Antoine Louis Barye (French, 1796-1875). This bronze sculpture is titled Pheasant and sits atop a marble base. To the front and side of the sculpture is the artists signature ‘Barye’ and to the other side has the foundry mark ‘F. Barbedienne’.

base has been repaired and shows discoloration to marble.
