Vintage Aviation Tools including H. B. "Rocket" Pilot Goggles and More

A collection of vintage aviation tools including a pair of Harry Buegeleisen Rocket pilot goggles. The goggles feature green tinted lenses, a tan hard rubber face pad and an elasticized strap. The goggles are marked ‘Rocket’ to the rim of the left lens. Also included are flight calculators by Jardur and Simplified Flight Calculator Flight Company, a U.S.A.A.C Type D-3 time-distance computer and a Model R Jardur navigation protractor. A first edition volume is titled Private Pilot’s Handbook written by W.C. Chambers and W.F. McDonald (Aerotext Publishing Company, New York, 1939). The book is bound in red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to the spine and front cover.
