Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantel Clock with Celluloid Pillars
Item Details
An ornate Seth Thomas Adamantine mantel clock. This clock features a faux veined stone finish to mimic marble or serpentine, and this example has six celluloid half-pillars. The casement is stamped metal with a brass finish, and opens to a clock face with Arabic numerals marking the hours. Winding key is present. This Edwardian beauty features brass lion fittings to either side, and is is stamped “Made in USA” with the marks “ST” within a diamond and circle.
