Item Details
A hand-knotted signed Persian Isfahan style room-size rug. This rug features a cream ground patterned with palmettes and twisting floral vines in dark blue, powder blue, burgundy, burnt orange, and olive, with a wide border showcasing palmettes outlined in vines. It has cream secondary borders with pale blue minor stripes and ends with ivory natural warp fringe to both ends. Signed inside of a cartouche to the outermost border at one end.
