Collection of Early 20th Century Icelandic Books

A collection of several early 20th century books written in the Icelandic language. The collection includes 1907 ‘50 Smásögur Sagðar af D. Moody’ (50 Short Stories of D. Moody), 1907 Rímur af Þórdi Hredu (Rhymes of Pordi Hredu), 1915 ‘Lesbók Handa Börnum Og Unglingum’ (Handbook for Children and Adolescents), 1912 ‘Bók Náttúrunnar: Dyrarikid’ (Book of Nature: Animal Kingdom) by Zacarias Topelius. There is also a 1943 book titled ‘Samband íslenzkra Samvinnufélaga, 1902-1942’ (Relationship of Icelandic Cooperatives) edited by Gísli Guðmundsson, and ‘NY Dag’ (NY Day) by Helen Storjohann Egilsurd, copyright 1932, Minneapolis. Also included is a 1929 publication ‘Safn Til Sogu Islands Og Islenzkra Bokmenta Ad Fornu Og Nyju, Gefid UT AF Hinu Islenzka Bokmentafelagi’ (Archive Stories of Iceland and Icelandic literature, ancient and modern, issued by the Icelandic Bokmentafelagi). A handwritten letter dated Dec 18, 1901, written in Icelandic, is also included.
Condition
Covers show wear, however, book pages are intact. The last 1929 paper publication listed has detached cover and loose pages.
