A 1951 Rookwood pottery ceramic vessel by artist Earl Menzel who decorated Rookwood pottery from 1896 to the early 1950’s. This vase features a brown, amber and blue glossy glaze and depicts birds in the air over top etched waves along the base. The bottom includes the Rookwood pottery pictorial mark, the year and Earl Menzel’s signature.
