A set of seven sterling silver and stainless steel butter knives in the Strasbourg pattern from American maker Gorham. First introduced in 1897, the pattern features bold scroll work on the edge of the handles with a plumed crest to the tip and a small shell medallion at the base. Each knife has a sterling silver handle and a stainless steel blade. The knives are engraved ‘Gorham Sterling Handle Stainless Blade.’
