Item Details
An antique Seth Thomas spring brass eight day mantel clock, dated to the mid- to late 19th century. The rosewood veneer clock features a glass case and reverse painted gold painted filigree decor, a re-painted octagonal metal face clock with Roman numerals, and a swinging pendulum.

Condition
- to fair; timekeeping not guaranteed, hands moved and clock chimed when pendulum was swinging. Cracks to the rosewood veneer with some missing sections to the front of the case. Wear to the reverse painted glass pane, metal face was repainted and does not have the original paint.
