School or Farm Style Cast Iron Bell With Bracket

Item Details

An outdoor school or farm bell. This larger bell is constructed of a heavy cast iron or base metal and is marked ‘C.S. Bell Company’ Tiffin, Ohio on its bracket. This piece appears to have been newly repainted and is presented in the colors of gold and black. Accompanying pieces besides the bell consists of a bracket and clapper. The bracket is marked with embossed lettering that reads ‘No.2 Upright 1886’
