- to fair; overall with various scratches, dents, marks, chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable; feet with a higher concentration of nicks and scuffs; some chips to marble top; frieze drawer is locked and unable to be opened (missing key); black canvas writing surface is later; upper shelf of lower section (behind cabinet doors) with a later platform; escutcheon of fall front with a couple small cracks while escutcheons on frieze drawer and cabinet doors are possibly associated; some minor/former pest damage (worming) with expected marks.
