A handmade needlepoint Aubusson style wool area rug by Michaelian & Kohlberg, Inc. This wool needlepoint rug features a center floral medallion surrounded by a foliate design, across a pink field with coordinating swirling foliage. The primary border features a floral design that matches the medallion, and is offset of secondary geometric borders. The rug features a palette of pink, rose, berry, taupe and off-white, across a pink field. Marked ‘Michaelian & Kohlberg, Inc.’ to the reverse. Finished with a bound seam.
