A Victorian walnut side chair with footstool, early 20th century. This set includes a side chair with carved, shaped crest rail featuring acanthus leaf embellishments over a needlepoint upholstered back and seat panel with brass nailhead trim. The chair rises on cabriole legs. The chair includes a matching accent pillow. Also includes a footstool with rectangular cushion top on a carved wooden frame rising on cabriole legs. There are no visible maker’s marks.
