Antique Belsnickle And Tom Turkey Candy Container
Item Details
An antique plaster, papier-mâchè and felt candy container in the form of a Belsnickle (Santa) riding Tom Turkey. The Belsnickle figure wears a red hooded robe and blue pants with a white rabbit fur beard and is holding a faux tree. The turkey has a hollow interior that would have held candy to delight children at the turn of the last century, missing the paper stopper to the bottom.
