A Victorian style figured cherry chest of drawers with mirror. This set features a dresser top beveled mirror, set within a scalloped cherry frame with a routed edge and foliate wood appliques. The chest of drawers feature two partial width drawers to the left side, with an applique detailed door that opens to a single shelf on the right side; and three full width drawers below. The drawers feature figured cherry drawer fronts, dovetail construction and ornate Victorian style pulls. The chest of drawers includes a case with cherry stiles, recessed side panels, a scalloped applique apron and lower feet. This unit is two part, with the mirror bolted along the rear of the case. There are no visible maker’s marks.
