A mid-20th century, Federal style breakfront secretary cabinet by Maddox Tables having mixed wood construction with mahogany veneers in a medium dark finish. This piece is embellished with crown molding to the top, four glass pane doors with geometric mullions and a carved swag cove molding piece delineating top from bottom. The base has four stacked drawers to the center with the top faux drawer having a drop front and fitted interior. The center panel of drawers are flanked on either side by a small cutlery drawer over a cabinet with the drawer and door facades having a stylized oval appliques and the drawers aged bronze finish pulls.
